Each of us are born with our own set of imprints. We have a unique set of parts that is special about us and those may be good or bad. I have many ailments and some of them the doctors are trying to play the guessing game; did I have this when I was born or did this just occur with the onset of the disease? I would like to challenge the system and let them discover a way of making it much easier to take the "guessing" out of the equation.
HOW WOULD THIS BE DONE?
A child needs a thorough check up when he/she is born. Not just a look all over on the outside check up like they do now, but a inside the eyes bone check all over check. It does not stop there either...It needs to be required that every child born has to have a recheck every 5 years. The same exact check up. Not just monitor the growth changes, but the hormonal changes every kind of change that is imaginable.
This will not just alleviate the guessing game, but progress the structure of the child abuse problem. How? Because if every child is being monitored every 5 years, then there is no way that they can be passed without knowing that there is something wrong with them.
Everyone has a certain set of chemicals in the brain and a lack of any one of those will cause a person to have a mental dysfunction sometime in their life. When the onset comes is unknown because it is different for everyone. Some may go much of their lives without a problem and some may have an onset very early in life depending on what happened to them. This will have to be monitored a little more if chemical loss is suspected.
All of these things can be checked when the child is first born. Why is it not checked? Mismanagement of funds...always this is the case. We can be years ahead of our time in technology, but we are not. Children are lacking in education for the very same reason. We are miles from were we should be in expertise. It is not because we do not have people with the brains, we do not have people teaching them at their pace(That is a whole other topic).
A government wide system needs to be established so that everyone has access to the records of every person. Moving from state to state made it most difficult for me when I had to re-explain just one of my ailments and all of my medications. It is not fun to be on this many medications let alone having to explain them to every single doctor.
Another reason for a government wide system is so that an abuser cannot run from one state to another and get away with abuse. This is much more common than one understands. An abuser will have custody of the children and move 13 times or more in one year. This should throw up red flags all over the place, but most people do not either see it or not pay attention.
The first thing people think of is government take over when they hear government wide system. Unfortunately this is something that cannot be avoided. Every time one changes from one doctor to another it is the same problem...you will have to repeat, repeat, repeat. It was so horrible for me that I started keeping all of my medications and ailments on my computer and printing it off each time I went to a different doctor or specialist. They need a generic form for each doctor office also. They are all the same questions anyways. If you have a computer at home, allow the person to fill the form out at home and then come into the office.
